This Privacy Policy explains how Secure Plus (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android mobile application (package com.secureplus.cctv).

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, password (stored by Firebase Authentication), display name, phone number, and account role (customer or admin).
• Profile media: optional profile photo you upload.
• Service data: installation requests, maintenance tickets, site notes, addresses, map coordinates you choose on the map picker, and photos you attach to requests or tickets.
• Billing records: invoices / vouchers created for your jobs (may include name, phone, and service details).
• Reviews: ratings and review text you submit.
• Device notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token if you allow notifications.
• Technical data: basic network connectivity needed to use Firebase and cloud services. We do not sell advertising profiles.

2. How we use information

• Create and manage your account
• Process CCTV installation and maintenance requests
• Communicate about job status (in-app and push notifications)
• Issue invoices and support customer service
• Improve reliability and security of the app

3. Sharing & processors

We share data only as needed to operate the service:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and related Google services)
• Cloudinary (image hosting for photos you upload)
• Our authorized staff / admin users who fulfill your service requests

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Location

The app can record a location you select on a map when submitting a service request (address text and/or coordinates). Continuous background GPS tracking is not used.

5. Data retention

We keep account and service records while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Accounting invoices/vouchers may be retained as required for business or legal purposes even after an account is closed, with access limited to authorized staff.

6. Account & data deletion

Customers can delete their account in the app: Profile → Delete Account (password confirmation required). This deletes your Firebase Auth account and associated profile document, and removes your service requests, maintenance tickets, reviews, and related in-app notification records where technically possible.

To request help with residual personal data, email phyowaikyawdeveloper@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Security

We use industry-standard providers (including Firebase) and restrict admin access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s privacy

The app is intended for adults arranging CCTV installation or maintenance. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
